Graphic Designer
Colophon Foundry - Full-Time - London, UK
We are currently looking for a graphic designer to join our team. You will be working directly on graphic design projects (book design, identity design) and also self-driven type projects (our own publishing, website work, social media updates and a variety of other designed output via Colophon Foundry).
You Should Have:
- Around one years industry experience
- Be forward thinking, driven and decisive
- A strong visual aesthetic, and understanding of the necessary technical skills to produce great work
- An interest in type design and typographic driven design
- Strong conceptual skills and thinking
Key Skills:
- Great communication skills (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Typographic understanding and execution skills
- Excellent working knowledge of the common Adobe Programmes (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Be flexible, adaptive and able to ‘muck-in’
- Basic programming knowledge of HTML and CSS
To Consider:
- The role starts with a three month trial period
- Our studio is in Islington, London
- You will be working with a 5 person team, and we are continuing to expand
